PREPARATION:
Spoke with Director/Cinematographer about 1990s Las Vegas Casino color palette
Figured out how to make one of the walls of curtains move to reveal the Chess piece dance floor
Figured out the dynamics of each characters costumes and the different props each character would have
Spent time making the Red and Gold drapery to be big, bold and VEGAS
EXECUTION:
Ensured safety of moving walls during the dance sequence, worked with Grips to mount the four Gold and Red “swag panels”, set up all four walls to make set accessible for camera and crew.
