Production Designer + On-Set Dresser + Props Master

PREPARATION:

• Broke down script and worked with department heads one on one to ensure continuity in style and camera movement/placement

• Figured how to transform the “White’s Funeral Home” visitation room into the retirement home in which GIRLFRIENDS took place

• Worked with actors one on one to find props that made sense to place, relationship to character and time period

EXECUTION:

• Ensured set is respected and taken after and objects and props were placed back in their original position

• Worked closely with the DP and checked monitor to create the most meaningful and story centered picture frame

• Used foregrounds to intentionally obstruct information or used a basket handle to create a frame within a frame
